Custom Size Doors: Due to the unique nature of made to order custom products we cannot accept returns on custom doors. We pride ourselves on taking time and care to consult with our clients prior to accepting their orders. This is meant to ensure that we ship solutions, not problems.
Standard Size Doors: We will accept returns on all standard size, stock doors within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee and the return freight charges (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Standard door sizes include 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 14”, 16”, 18”, 20” and 24” square doors, as well as 24”x36” rectangular and 12”, 16” and 24” diameter circular doors.
All items must be re-packaged for safe return freight and in the condition in which they were shipped. We will inspect goods upon arrival for damage. A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. A return authorization form must also be attached to the shipment.
In most cases it is simpler for you to arrange return freight service with your local shipper. We will provide all documentation required.
